While the Requestor outlines task requirements, the community verifies task completion according to set criteria. This process is governed by rules, checks, and balances embedded within a smart contract deployed on NEAR. Upon completing a minimum of 20 tasks with an 85% success rate, participants can withdraw their rewards to their NEAR wallet. The system monitors participants' completion and failure rates, requiring a ratio of at least 8.5 completed tasks for every failed assignment to qualify for payment withdrawal.
