There is already a call for me to step down. Take heart❣️, I will not... *There is no conflict for me to run and be elected by the Community. This flawed logic would mean no one from V1 Gov would be able to run again. This is governance. I was elected by the Community.* **Toxic Culture:** There is a rift and power struggle in near. I don't mind saying this publicly, as you can see from the posts on Twitter. It is much worse on Telegram and in private chats. The narrative of puppet masters, power mongers, cartels, and bots is now changing... The power has been seeded to the Community. They will continue disinformation campaigns to discredit NF, the Community, GWG, and me, but hey these bots have attacked the Community and painted false narratives for a long time. *The use of disinformation, nasty memes, intimidation/scare tactics, and bullying should STOP. Boot these folks from Governance and establish common sense rules for Conduct. Identify the Public Squares and Safe Spaces.* *Public Squares: Should have freedom of speech.* *Safe Spaces are Collaboration and Innovation zones. I eagerly wait to see if HoM can execute on the tight budgets and breakneck speed you delivered. You are a truly talented bunch that, based on your merit, should be able to go wherever you like in the ecosystem and continue the stellar contribution you exhibited. I advocate for every GWG Core Contributor to be on boards, councils, and chiefs of staff. Many are very impressed with your contribution. NDC V0 shipped under GWG...* Oh, as for the exorbitant budget of GWG, nah, most experienced leaders with large budgets commended GWG for doing so much with so little and a small team. Most will never know the level of attacks and abuse that was endured by NDC contributors to give the Community the autonomy to govern. It was a horrific event and hazard pay should be issued in lockup rewards for all GWG Contributors. **We had a Fair Election:** There were a few cases of attempted manipulation; most disqualifications were related to the transfer of near, and those who received the near voted for those who transferred. The second category was controlled accounts, which had a few cases. *I was not a member of the EIC and had no influence over their decisions. I did receive updates on the number of cases if the process would finish on time and was made aware of general cases through public information and my own analysis of the election. I read the report for the first time when it was published with the rest of the Community. Disqualifications were required to have a unanimous vote of all 5 members.* *I was never a member of the GWG. I helped them organize in the beginning and advised them along with Marketing and Creatives throughout V0 Gov. They had autonomy and internal votes on matters. I did not have a vote and was not a member. I am the Champion of the NDC.* It's unfortunate that reputable projects had their votes disqualified; however, they violated the Fair Voting Policy. The EIC made the right call. The criteria must be, above all, objective. Yes/No criteria is the only way to ensure ultimate fairness. Anything less injects bias. *TC members take note of this stellar performance by the EIC. Bias, Conflicts of Interest, and Subjectivity should be avoided at all costs in your proceedings.* Had those votes not been disqualified, all of the Regional Communities and Projects that abstained from transferring near, because they knew it was a violation would have been disenfranchised as they had to sit on the sidelines and did not vote in the first election. Africa, China, LATAM, and Projects like Neko, Calimero, MetaPool, and more were impacted. *One thing is clear: teams from projects on near did not have wallets. Many had to create new wallets and either fund them to vote or abstain from voting. Many abstained and avoided transferring near. The few that did not were disqualified.* ***Declaration of transparency:*** The Advisor grant with NF has been renewed for 6 mo. While under the advisor agreement, I will donate the rewards for the CoA role if an option is available or abstain from receiving them. The last check with Legal, they did not believe they could be donated. *If an option was available, I would donate them to Ukraine, Africa, and LATAM.* **Remember🎗️**, the Community is now in charge. You can motion to investigate members of the houses or even motion to dissolve a house or all houses for misconduct or non-performance. Valid voters are any with an IAH SBT that are not blacklisted, 3000+ voters.
