# CreativesDAO: Restructuring & Changes In February 2024, a paradigm shift occurs within CreativesDAO. With the addition of @vandal.near and @malamaya.near as Council Members and Trustees, we are setting the stage for a new era of CDAO innovation. Simultaneously, we bid farewell to @williamxx.near as he steps down from his roles as a Trustee and a Council pillar. Meanwhile, @crans.near will remain as a Trustee, and @kcpesce.near will continue as both a Trustee and a Council member, while @shwetas.near remains in the role of the CDAO Enforcer of Trust. In a decisive act of governance, @sahilmassey.near was formally removed from his position as Trustee and Council, his departure makes room for the changes coming into effect in the months ahead. The removal was carried out in accordance with procedures designed for such purposes in the "CreativesDAO Trust," and appropriate notice was given in advance. As the baton passes to the new custodians, charged with stewarding the V1 blueprint of CreativesDAO, funding will be on hold until further notice. We are working hard to right the ship and bring new life to the community, so please be patient. Moreover, CreativesDAO proudly declares a clean slate, absolved of any debts or dues owed beyond its core sanctum. We thank you for your continued support and commitment. #CDAO
