Here is a breakdown of what I did this week: - When I first got onto the internship I read the documentation for near-py to start learning about smart contracts. - Then I did some research on smart contracts and their uses. - I started learning a bit about making smart contracts from freecodecamp but the tutorial I was following along to was a bit outdated as I couldn't get the test tokens used in the video from MetaMask to follow along and try making a viable contract, it seems the token is no longer active I guess. But as of today I was provided with a link to learn all about smart contracts from Chloe so I will definitely be looking into that. - The rest of my week has been a bit uneventful however. I did some research on resources to use to learn rust, along with the resources shared in the Daily stand ups, and started learning to code rust. I am still in the beginner stages however it has been a fun experience so far and I genuinely look forward to more of what rust has to offer.
