Our primary program targets Blockchain clubs studying in colleges and universities across the globe. Please refer to [this presentation](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1OMK34NgkNbmjoTQbeBy57xVixMcBmykmN0wJaNpkSOY/edit?usp=sharing) for more insights into this initial phase. After our introductory discussions, we engaged with over 20 educational institutions eager to become part of the Campus community and commence collaborative efforts. From these dialogues, we formulated a set of guidelines outlining the type of initiatives we intend to endorse, which we share with you here: * **Educational Workshops and Courses**: Comprehensive training sessions on the basics of Web3, including its underlying technologies, such as blockchain, decentralized applications (DApps), and smart contracts. This can be expanded to include advanced courses tailored to developers specializing in specific Web3 frameworks. * **Research Grants**: Student-led research projects that aim to tackle current challenges in the Web3 domain or explore novel applications of blockchain technology. * **Hackathons and Development Competitions**: Events where students and scholars can brainstorm, collaborate, and prototype Web3 solutions within a limited timeframe. * **Guest Lectures and Panel Discussions**: Invite industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and Web3 pioneers to share their insights, experiences, and predictions of decentralized technology. * **Open-Source Development**: Encourage students to contribute to open-source Web3 projects. * **Internship and Placement Programs**: Partner with NEAR protocol projects and startups to facilitate internships or job placements for students, ensuring they have avenues to apply their knowledge in real-world settings. * **Infrastructure Launch Support**: Establish programs to assist students and institutions in setting up and launching critical Web3 infrastructure components, such as validators, nodes, L2, and oracles, among many other options. These programs might offer technical assistance, resources, and guidance. If your blockchain student group is prepared to be part of the NEAR campus, submit your proposal as a reply to this post, and let's begin our collaboration!
