I am here to create a stipend proposal to ease this pressure - as per the standards @yarotska.near shared in the [NEARCON telegram group](https://t.me/nearcon). **Past Hackathon Experience** One of the criteria outlined for the stipend has been previous hackathon experience. Below are my previous hackathon submissions and results. - NEARCON 2022 - [Biome Tokens](https://devpost.com/software/biome-trees) - Creator Track and Pagoda Bounty Winner - Dynamic NFTs linked with real world data to provide financial incentive to enact real world positive change. - I worked on the smart contracts to interface with our on-chain Oracle - ETHGlobal Waterloo - [Keypom x BOS Event Ticketing](https://ethglobal.com/showcase/keypom-x-bos-event-ticketing-pow2e) - NEAR Track Prize Winner - Brought Keypom event ticketing tutorial over to BOS to provide a no-code event ticketing creation + analytics platform - One person team - Other related links - [DevPost profile](https://devpost.com/minqianlu) - [Github](https://github.com/minqianlu) **Travel Details** I will be making the trip to Lisbon from Waterloo, Canada via Toronto. The costs are outlined below - Flights (roundtrip Toronto - Lisbon): - $1400 CAD = ~ $1000 USD - Miscellaneous gas/taxi costs for Waterloo - Toronto: - $100 CAD = ~ $75 USD - Accomodations (estimated): - $300 CAD = ~ $225 USD Hope to see you all at NEARCON 2023!!! Note: I recognize that stipend is limited to $1000, just wanted to list everything for transparency
