His main objective will be to assist DevHub in establishing significant and enduring ties with developers entering the NEAR ecosystem. In pursuit of this, Joe will focus on devising and executing a plan to craft a narrative that resonates with developers and builders, encouraging them to consider NEAR as their primary platform. Apart from incentives and events, Joe's responsibilities extend to bridging the gap between NEAR and its communities. Consequently, he will collaborate closely with the DevRel team and NEAR Campus.
