I’m Cuongvn, a NEAR hacker with experience in building and developing decentralized applications on the NEAR blockchain. I have participated in several NEAR hackathons in the past, including the Web3 hackfest Hackathon and Web3 coding challenge. This platform will be open to all blockchain ecosystems, allowing developers from all over the world to participate and build innovative applications. We plan to use NEAR blockchain to facilitate hackathons with features: * **Judge scoring:** Judges can score submissions directly on the platform, making the process more efficient and transparent. * **User rankings:** Users are ranked and rated based on their hackathon participation, creating a more competitive and engaging environment. * **Prize payments**: Prizes are paid out to winners in a timely and transparent manner. * **Workshop support**: Organizers can easily host workshops and thematic discussions in the form of mini-hackathons, making it easier for participants to learn new skills and network with other developers. I believe that this platform will be a valuable asset to the NEAR ecosystem, empowering developers from all levels of experience to participate in hackathons and build innovative applications. By providing a transparent and efficient judging process, a competitive and engaging environment for participants, and support for community building and knowledge sharing, this platform will help to make hackathons more accessible and successful for everyone. We are confident that our team's skills and experience make us well-qualified to build this platform. We are a group of highly motivated and results-oriented individuals with a strong passion for blockchain technology and hackathons. We are also quick learners and we are eager to learn new things Our team from Vietnam is excited to attend NearCon IRL and contribute a great hackathon platform to the NEAR community. However, plane tickets alone cost over $1,000 with other costs of food, hotel, transportation, and visa for totally $2500+. We would be grateful for additional financial support, such as the maximum grant for participating teams to cover a part of our cost. We will try to cover the rest by ourselves.
