During the hackathon and the Hacker House I can provide support with developer engagement, provide technical support with BOS, and general guidance to developers through their development journey, sharing my experience in blockchain and smart contract development. If required I am also open to support the team during side events. I will be in Istanbul from November 11 to the 19th and I can contribute during those days. **Qualifications:** I have a strong technical and business background in blockchain, including NEAR Protocol. I have actively contributed to open-source projects. I have participated and won many hackathons in teh past. I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, making it easy for me to engage and collaborate effectively with developers and booth visitors. **Compensation:** *My hourly rate is* $30/hour
