@mesto.near [Posted on DevHub](https://near.social/#/devgovgigs.near/widget/Post?id=1736) ## Idea: NEARCON Hacker Travel Stipend - Patrick Marangone Hello DevHub & Near community! I'm Patrick Marangone, Smart Contract Engineer from Pollum, a Venture Studio based in Florianópolis, Brazil. Since 2021, we've been deeply involved in the Near Ecosystem, having our first introduction to Near Protocol's technology and the individuals driving it at Nearcon. Since then, we've developed Fluxus, a DeFi Aggregator that received recognition at both the Metabuild Hackathon 2021-2022 and the Encode Club NEAR Hackathon 2022. With the same purpose, we've organized a few events locally in Brazil to further drive Near education and adoption. Find more about it here: [Introduction: Near Floripa](https://gov.near.org/t/introduction-near-floripa-regional-hub-on-the-brazilian-silicon-island/26666) - [Near Floripa Meeting](https://gov.near.org/t/near-floripa-around-the-world/29884) Project Track Record: Fluxus: Winner at Metabuild and Encode Club NEAR Hackathons. Details here: [Devpost](https://devpost.com/software/fluxus). For this year’s NEARCON, we aim to enhance BOS components' portability and usability by integrating them with LLMs and autonomous agents through the use of state-of-the-art open-source technology. Travel and Accommodation: Traveling from: Florianópolis, Brazil. Estimated Costs: Flights: $1200 Accommodation: $300 Miscellaneous: $300 Total: $1800 With this rough estimate, I'm requesting the $1000 stipend to partially cover costs. We really appreciate your consideration for the stipend to support our attendance! Kind regards, Patrick Marangone
