About myself: My name is [Julien Carbonnell](https://www.linkedin.com/in/juliencarbonnell/), I am a senior Urban Developer & Scientist, with background experience as a Data Analyst and Social Network Analyst in Python. I started to build on the blockchain 18 months ago, a platform to share NFT utilities based on a fractional ownership protocol called [Partage](https://medium.com/partage-btc/partages-white-paper-347674063de7/). I joined Near in June, and finished the Near Bootcamp (NFT certificate https://opensea.io/assets/matic/0xdBf2138593aeC61d55d86E80b8ed86D7b9ba51F5/7181) I built a Blockchain-Controlled Smart Lock in Sept/Oct which I submitted to the Near Hackathon (https://x.com/JCarbonnell/status/1712809496764924166?s=20) you can find more information on the startup profile on Near Horizon https://near.org/nearhorizon.near/widget/Index?tab=project&accountId=partage-lock.near. During the NEARCON hackathon I have a few options to build: - extending my existing shared utilities platform to the near blockchain (currently built on Bitcoin with Stacks https://hellopartage.xyz/) - improving the smart lock by adding a map and catalog of vaults' content joining the sharing network https://lock.hellopartage.xyz - integrating the smart lock prototype with an existing smart lock through their API so that we will have a more reliable hardware faster. I am also open to contribute to anything related to blockchain cities. To join the NEARCON hackathon I travel from Montreal (Canada) to Lisbon, and will leave to hometown in France afterwards. I took my decision to join without knowing any refund possibilities, but if you have allocated budget for it, I will not complain to be partly refunded. Thank you See you there! Julien
