I'm Eduardo, a software developer and cryptography enthuasiast who previously worked on plenty of Near projects, including but not limited to [Jump DeFi](https://www.jumpdefi.xyz/) and [hideyour.cash](https://hideyour.cash) - which was developed during the last year's NEARCON IRL Hackathon. This year I've had limited participation on the Near ecosystem, but I've been following the latest developments in cryptographic protocols and I think the hackathon would be a great opportunity to contribute and collaborate with other people in the space. Last year I came from Brazil (together with the hack-a-chain peeps), but this year I am in the Netherlands, so I'm only requesting a $500 stipend for EU residents, which should cover most of my expenses and would allow me to participate in the hackathon. I appreciate the attention and the kindness.
