The campaign kickstarts with an action-focused conference,** “The Responsible Revolution Day: From Inception to Scale”, **on 14th Nov, during the [Devconnect ](https://devconnect.org/) week in Istanbul. Setting ourselves apart from other conferences, our primary **focus is on pragmatically empowering start-ups with the skills they need to expand.** We would like to invite the NEAR DevHub and DevRel team to work with the developers community, including both current and prospective developers, and start-ups to support the development of responsible Web3 applications with tangible SDG-aligned use cases in emerging economies.
