I'm Alan, a member of the Meta Pool team, which created the first liquid staking solution on NEAR. I'm also part of the Open Web Academy, a community for web 3 developers and founders in Latin America. With a strong technical background and experience in creating Web 3 products, I want to bring my expertise to create new cool products. I have a proven track record of participating in hackathons and winning awards. These include: * Organizing 4 Open Web Houses using NEAR over the past year in various cities such as Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Mexico City. * Organizing the "México Hackea la pandemia" hackathon in 2020, focused on creating innovative solutions for the challenges posed by COVID-19. * Organizing the Hackathon Nayarit in 2019, a local event tailored for university students in Nayarit. * Serving as a mentor at multiple hackathons over the past 4 years. The approximate cost of the flight ticket was $1416.
