I have taken part in the Encode x NEAR Horizon hackathon, you can see our submission [site](https://bos-gateway-1.vercel.app/) and [github](https://github.com/VexFoundation/BOS). I am also speaking, mentoring and judging at Eth London this weekend. I realise I don't have the most extensive list of past hackathon submissions but I would be very grateful if I could recieve a stipend of up to $500. Regardless I will be attending NEARcon. I'm looking forward to taking VEX to the next stage at this hackathon via account abstraction and meeting those who I have only conversed with online. I will be travelling from the UK and back. Thanks
