As a follow-on initiative, we would like to propose Collegium. # Short Descrption About Collegium Collegium is a six month academy that cultivates a community driven, incentivized self learning ecosystem in Korea. It includes - Publish Educational Modules: Publish comprehensive, open sourced library for builders to enhance their skills - Incentivize Builders: Provide incentives for those who participated in Collegium to facilitate incentivized learning culture - Showcase project: Conduct community contest for builders to showcase projects and cultivate builder network Please check [**The Full Proposal**](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bLA0sdKJ2t34dtTWHn2P2FxJWsuWrpU24SwewFN9HBs/edit?usp=sharing) for more details Also, we witnessed that there are several other initiaves that include local NCD / BOS certification program that could share our resources.
