We are excited about the opportunity to participate in NEARCON 2023 and bring our initiative to the NEAR network, driving Web3 education. AdoptaUnJunior is an inclusive and collaborative space where tech organizations and Junior profiles come together to connect, learn, and grow. Our value proposition for Juniors is built on three fundamental pillars: Access to job opportunities. Collaboration and Community. Learning Opportunities. We offer organizations talented Junior professionals, validated in both technical skills and general abilities. Additionally, we provide support in onboarding diverse profiles and offer guidance in selecting diverse talent. For tech training institutions, we are a pivotal ally. We aid in fulfilling their promise of high employability and bring them closer to the ever-evolving needs of the tech market, with a particular emphasis on Web3 education. In addition to our core mission, our project is committed to fostering gender diversity in the blockchain space. We aim to provide opportunities and resources to empower and introduce more women to the world of blockchain. We kindly request assistance in covering the expenses for travel and accommodation as we plan our visit from Madrid. The total cost for the trip is 961,58 € for both of us.
