Present metrics and success of initiatives from October to December, and revise any strategies that may not have worked initially. (USD 0) * Formally commit to planning our February event and setting NEAR up as our primary sponsor (USD 0) * Pay for and update systems for server management, emails, and task management platform (USD 100) * Provide food and refreshments for our end-of-semester event that showcases our members and their technical talents to a vast audience of Boston University Blockchain members and Boston-area community members. We plan to award NEAR the title of flagship sponsor at this event. We plan to create promotional content about what our members have been up to through the semester. We plan to shed light on NEAR Campus, the BOS, their open-source contributions, as well as our vision for 2024, which includes enhanced recruitment, more ecosystem participation, and creating a larger-scale NEAR-sponsored event. (This would total about 1150, with 700 going to food/refreshments and about 450 to materials needed for the event like table items, catering fees, memorabilia for members that dons both the BUB and NEAR Logo, etc).
