@ludium.near [Posted on DevHub](/devgovgigs.near/widget/Post?id=2747) ## Idea: [Near Collegium] Near / BOS Certified Developer Program in Korea # About Collegium Near Collegium Near is a decentralized developer relations program focused on cultivating Near builder ecosystem in Korea. The program includes educational module production, operation and certification required for BOS / Near certified developers. Throughout the program, participants are incentivized based on the level of contribution. Incentives are distributed based on the following categories: 1. Module Publication: Publishing educational articles and missions for NCD / BCD programs. Published modules are open sourced and can be used for educational programs or self paced learning 2. Program Operation: Operating educational programs including lecture, mentoring, and workshops to facilitate builder participation. Programs stem from published modules but the operational details can be proposed by the operators based on the specific objectives 3. Learner Participation: Participating in a mission and project to show and prove builder’s understanding. Participants are required to submit their work results through mission portal. The mission includes project submission where participants are asked to submit their own project to be reviewed. 4. Certification: Projects ideas are presented and judged based on the quality. Certification is provided for those who meets the criteria Ludium’s roles and responsibilities during the program is to plan, monitor and manage the program. We recruit providers to participate in module publication, program operation, and validation while seeking opportunities for the Collegium to be widespread amongst the builder communities in Korea. # Activities Detailed activities for Collegium takes 5 different steps 1. Planning / Promotion * Program Design: Writing down planning guides and onboarding providers to set up detailed plans to launch the program. Activities include writing planning guide, recruiting, meetings and provider onboarding * Design & Branding: Designing posters, modules, goods and other Collegium related brands to be distributed during the program * Promotion: Setting up schedules and contents for the program reach out. Activities include reaching out to developer communities, media, KOLs and other PR related agencies / individuals in Korea 2. Production * BCD Module Production: Writing down educational modules for BOS Certified Developer Program. Activities will include articles and missions production pertaining to basic concept of BOS, multichain components, API Integration,, gateway development and others * NCD Module Production: Writing down educational materials for Near Certified Developer Program. Activities will include articles and missions production pertaining to basic architectures of Near, Basic Rust / Near Contract development, Web/App frontend development and others * Learning Portal: Setting up a portal that can be used as a Learner Management System(LMS). Activities will include designing and uploading modules, and maintenance 3. Operation * incentivized Learning: Providing incentives for learners to participate in educational programs through the portal. Activities include mission submission and module completion payouts * Lecture: Operating programs for learners understand the overall program and onboarding. Activities include onboarding guides and activities * Mentoring: Operating programs for learners to submit quality projects for certification. Activities will include tutoring, office hours, and mission feedbacks * Program Management: Managing community members during the mentoring operations. Activities include management of learners, mentoring program providers, incentivized learning payouts. 4. Certification * Incentivized Certification: Providing incentives for learners to participate in the certification programs. Activities include submission and certification payouts. * Certification Program: Operating certification programs for BCD / NCD program. Activities include idea sharing / feedback, presentation, and judgment 5. Analysis * Analysis Report: Integrating learner and provider data from the portal including feedbacks from providers and learners. Activities include collecting account information, developer experience, participation results, payouts, and other key data. # Deliverables As a result of each step, we expect to derive the following results 1. Planning / Promotion * Planning Guide: Write down detailed planning guide and operational notes that can be used as a playbook * Provider Onbaording: Onboard 5 + qualified providers to support the program 2. Educational Modules * BCD Modules: At least 1 modules with 1 + articles and 4 + missions * NCD Modules: At least 3 modules with 4 + articles and 10 + missions * Learning Portal: Open sourced LMS for BCD / NCD learners 3. Program Operations * Registration: 300 + account registered on the portal * Attendance: 100 + participation during the mentoring programs * Completion: 50 + learners to complete the modules 4. Certification * Attendance: 20 + participants during the certification programs * Certification: 10 + BCD / NCD Certified Builders 5. Providers are selected based on the number of Near deployment(ex. contract deployment, BOS component deployment), Near social activity, and Ludium contribution. Welldone Studio Academy: [Welldone Studio](https://welldonestudio.io/) is an infrastructure company focused on building infrastructure for builders. They made multiple contributions to Near ecosystem including [workshops](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYGNBjdnYfg) and [welldone gateway.](https://welldone-gateway.vercel.app/) The actual onboarding process begins during the planning phase and continues until the program is finished. During the process, more providers are expected to onboard. Throughout the whole process, Ludium will ensure that Collegium will be reached out to all developer communities in Korea including Blockchain Student Bodies and non-Web3 Developer community (ex.
