We have an idea clearly written out for a dApp built on Near. We would like to apply for funding, but when I read through it, it looks like we need a team. None of our council members are developers or coders. We are looking for a way to team up with one so we can submit our proposal for funding. Anyone here? Or where do we look? Also, we would preferrably have a female coder as we are a female based DAO, although that is not a firm requirement. I have written on here previously in June with no reply. Thank you, Gemini Rising
