Sandra is the Co-Founder of mindstream-ai; the company is responsible for building two accelerator programmes in association with The Crick Institute and Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst. It is also responsible for building a tech hub by formally partnering with the Mayor of London to help underprivileged groups gain access to education and jobs in technology. * Sandra currently is a Partner for an emerging technology VC fund and Head of International Business for a web3 AI infrastructure company. Sandra started her career as an investment banker and is a qualified chartered accountant. **Tee: ** * Tee’s diverse background inspired the conceptual idea for co-founding Never Fade Factory a sustainable fashion futurism concept space 4 years ago in Soho and co-founding NFT.SOHO a Web3 agency. His professional experience spans from guerrilla tactics market penetration, a brief private equity & VC stint with a focus on West And Central Africa prospecting deals in the FMCGs space and infrastructure projects. A passion for personal training/sports rehabilitation with private clients and professional football clubs to management of social impact Africa centric projects focused on youth development. **Mona: ** * Mona is an investor at Tokentus investment AG, a leading VC firm in the German blockchain ecosystem, where she invests in start-ups that leverage blockchain technology globally. * She has several years of experience in venture capital, and has been involved in pre-seed to Series A deals across Europe, the USA, the UAE and Asia. * With a background in strategy consulting, venture building/growth, and entrepreneurship, Mona has a passion for supporting founders and innovators who are building the decentralized future of the internet. She has co-founded and led companies in Fintech, Edtech, and Foodtech, and has an MBA from INSEAD. She mentors several start-ups at leading accelerators, such as Brinc's ZKAdvancer, the Consensys Fellowship, the Summ3r growth programme, and is part of the Oxford University entrepreneurship expert network. * Mona regularly educates and speaks at global conferences, events, podcasts, and online forums about blockchain, venture capital or entrepreneurship. Our goal is to provide complimentary support to those interested in and taking part in the ETH Global hackathon, by providing the type of support that they would not get whilst at the hackathon and provide them with workshops and soft skills to enable them to succeed, as a preamble to the hackathon. It will also act as a space to network and meet like minded people. **Target Audience:** We anticipate: 40% of students, 30% of experienced devs, 30% founders.
