The NDC Dashboard will be built as a foundational layer in which to help the community find, access, understand, and use the Near Digital Collective as the DAO and SubDAOs evolve. ● Community members will be able to read, engage, and vote with Near Digital Collective active and past proposals. ● The NDC Dashboard will also allow for community members to identify and understand key metrics related to the health and growth of the community and grant process. Dashboard Creation Dashboard creation efforts will be centered around creating a page that allows for ease of use and understanding of key metrics of the evolving NDC community updated in real time. The functionality of this dashboard will allow community NDC members the ability to play an active and engaging role in both DAO and SubDAO development as well as voting on active proposals. To deliver against this goal, the dashboard will: ● Allow community members to upvote, comment, and share active proposals. ● Incorporate multi DAO dashboard functionality that allows both member and non-members to learn and understand DAOs and their SubDAOs ● Incorporate single DAO dashboard functionality that allows members and non-members to understand treasury and funding history. ● Enable different user options of the dashboard for members and non-members of DAOs. Furthermore this “NDC Dashboard” will identify and display key metrics updating in real time for the community to have visibility into. This dashboard will include: ● Treasury metrics included but not limited to: ○ Total inflows / total outflows ○ Total allocated / total unallocated ○ Users have the ability to view values in $NEAR or $USDC ● Metrics filtered by time ○ Total proposals created and their status ○ Number of proposals filtered by category ○ Approval rate and approval time ○ Member vote breakdown for all proposals ● Member Metrics ○ Member vote participation ○ Active members by participation ● Events Feed ○ Proposal status ○ Payment status ○ Vote status ○ Members added or removed Analysts will embrace a modular and scalable design for ease of future adjustments and modifications. All charts will be updated in near real-time unless underlying data availability changes or prevents this. Any additional insights that the NDC team would like to see reflected in the dashboard can be easily submitted through our system. Dashboard creation will include two rounds of feedback with the NDC team. Sample NEAR Dashboards + Insights MetricsDAO is the emerging leader in Web3 data analytics.
