Our project was catalyzed from a grant provided by the NEAR Foundation, which allowed us to build an amazing team and develop our MVP. We are at the point of inflection in our journey where we need continued support to bring our vision to life. #### Goals: Our primary mission is to empower teams to create digital organizations; and effectively coordinate towards a shared vision and purpose. #### Scope: We are building the all in one DAO management dashboard to engage the workflow from formation to functional operation of an organization. #### Deliverables: - Infrastructure Build for Validator + Firehose Service - DAO Management with Sputnik Integrations - Task Management System - Bounty Management System - Governance Chat System - P2P Video & Messaging System with On Chain Transcripts & Payments #### Operational Costs: Our proposed ask is to sustain our development runway for six months at a burn rate of $25,000 per month.
