If you currently run one of these initiatives and would like your work included and/or would like to collaborate in the future, please reach out on TG @ bearmans #### Week 6/12 - 6/17: FTE (40h) breakdown: Spent most effort this week towards new communities spin-up, including planning, writing, meetings, editing, and ideating/collaboration-seeking for Education community startup. Took a handful of unrelated meetings related to broader ecosystem development. 15% Meetings and coordination 15% Planning and ideation 60% Writing, editing, producing content 10% Research/education ##### Deliverables/Completed Tasks: Basic copy completed for Protocol, ZK, Contract Standards, and Tooling community groups. Backlog document editing & video note-taking for these groups. Helped with visuals for new community groups. Wrote all copy for Education group and did outreach to collaborators for office hours and weekly meetings. Helped to troubleshoot communities spin up. #### Week 6/19 - 6/25: FTE (40h) Breakdown: Spent most of this week on trying to level-up my own knowledge to be effective in the coming weeks as an educator. Part of this was refreshing my own skills, and part was spent searching for the best possible educational material (both on my own and by asking others). I also onboarded a new contributor and made some edits and additions to existing material in communities and coordinated with people who will be doing office hours coverage. 50% Self education & research (on existing educational material, engineering on NEAR) 25% Planning and ideation 10% Meetings and coordination 15% Writing and editing content ##### Deliverables/Completed Tasks: Determined who will be available for office hours coverage Spun up new Denver-local NEAR meetup group, to be having first meeting in coming week or two Onboarded new DevHub education contributor Educational material updates soon ##### Requested Compensation: 80h (2wk FTE) at 40$/hr as previously established = 3200 USDC
