Event Introduction: Block&Change Hackathon is a IRL hackathon to take place in Madrid from 6-8 October designed for developers, builders, and creators interested in exploring the potential of Blockchain and Web3. Our main goal is to promote blockchain technology and its applications among current web3 innovators and tech enthusiasts thus onboarding the Hispanic community and Women to the ecosystem. The event will provide a platform for winners to showcase their projects on our main conference 9-10 October. 2. Organizers Introduction: The event will be co-organized by three communities: Block&Change, 42 Madrid and Cryptonikas DAO Block&Change is a future-thinking movement designed to address challenges in society and their solutions using blockchain technology and web3, on a global scale, through events and other actions. We started organizing small sized events (25 - 100 people) in Spain and France to create bridges for the hispanic communities and the Web3 Ecosystem. 42 Madrid Fundación Telefónica is an innovative and free programming campus that opens the doors for developers to enter the job market. With a revolutionary learning methodology and a career average duration of three years, our campus is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, here you can learn at your own pace. The Block&Change Hackathon will be run in our premises in Madrid. Cryptonikas Dao empowers the Hispanic community through education, technology, and connection. Focusing on Women and Non-binary we share knowledge, networking, and positive impact. We have also successfully co-organized the Eth Barcelona hackathon for +200 hackers with Block&Change in July 2023. 3.
