Designed a method for launching office hours and set launch details for those. Worked to help other DevHub members with current projects & presentations, and begun spinning up initial coordination and work for forming 3 new work groups. Also collected data and feedback on ways to improve DevHub product for usability and visibility. 30% Meetings & coordination 20% Planning & ideation 40% Writing, editing, producing content 10% Research/education ##### Deliverables: Mostly behind the scenes work this week, especially coordinating with others. Expecting many deliverables to finish next week. Helped to workshop presentation for NEAR at Funding the Commons Meetings with potential new contributors #### Week of 7/17/23: FTE (40h) plus some overtime (4h) Worked to produce a Proposal Pipeline with Beet which we hope to implement to help people better structure their proposals to DevHub and what expectations to keep. Launched Office Hours for DevHub education (wrote launch post and set-up Calendly for signups). Coordinated first NEAR Discovery work group meeting for next week (specific agenda TBA). Took a few more meetings with potential DevHub contributors and scheduled more for next week. Started to organize feedback for DevHub product improvements. Met with Build DAO group to discuss some potential future collaboration, but nothing concrete yet.
