Some personal time spent on understanding BOS widgets. ##### Deliverables: - Ran preliminary NEAR Discovery work-group meeting, and scheduled follow-up for August 9th - Finalized proposal pipeline with Beet and presented at weekly meeting (this did not end up being approved) - Staffed 2 office hours sessions - Google Meet format does not work well, will revise for next week Approximate Hourly Breakdown: - 10H spent on NEAR Discovery coordination, meeting, and follow-up - 2H spent on admin - 2H spent on office hours staffing - 2H spent on office hours revision - 2H spent on reviewing materials for publication - 2H spent on reviewing ecosystem education initiatives - 5H spent on Proposal Pipeline - 10H spent on meetings/followup with potential DevHub contributors or other collaborators - 5H spent on DevHub internal meetings - 4H spent on brainstorming engagement ideas - 6H spent on personal education #### Week of 7/31/23: FTE minus two half days (32h) at the end of last week, during which time there wasn’t much work regardless due to the re-organization of DevHub devrel/community. Early week was spent on moving forward items for work groups and trying to onboard two high-quality contributors, but put these on pause to await further direction and the latter week was primarily spent on personal projects. Deliverables mostly did not move due to awaiting change in direction. Will be moving from “community” to “devrel” team next week. ##### Deliverables: - Met and coordinated next steps with onboarding DevHub contributors - Made progress towards education WG Approximate hourly breakdown: - 12H on personal education/project (project may or may not be useful for DevHub, but experience should be useful for devrel regardless) - 2H spent on education work group planning/coordination - 3H spent reviewing Telegram channels - 2H on admin - 2H on external meetings - 3H on internal meetings - 4H spent on reviewing DevHub documents for re-alignment and planning - 4H spent taking community notes (primarily NDC focused- unsure if useful) #### Requested Compensation: 2 Weeks at FTE(40h) + 10H - 8H = 82H at 40$/H as previously established = 3280 USDC
