(5 hours) * External Meetings: NEAR Foundation and partners meetings regarding multiple subjects, including Certified Developer Program, Office Hours, and events. (7 hours) * Planning Activities: creation and update of Devrel notion and kanboard (6 hours) * Communities: research Devhub communities and write a proposal for the revamping of the communities program (10 hours) * Office Hours: review and approve the new Office Hours plan (4 hours) * Education: review and submit for review the first draft of the revamping of the Certified Developer Program presented by Open Web Academy (4 hours) ## NEAR Campus (25 hours) * Internal meetings. Campus Review Meeting and NF meetings (2 hours) * External meetings. Meetings with potential partners (2 hours) * NEAR Campus proposal. Review and update the proposal based on the current discussions about it (6 hours) * NEAR Campus Launch. Complete and review the university club deck, set up email accounts, complete and review the clubs' signup form, and send the first batch of presentations to ~25 Universities and Colleges (15 hours) ## Events (16 hours) * Proposals and planning for NEAR APAC, ETHGlobal New York, and DevConnect (2 hours) * Stanford Blockchain Conference. Attendance, presentations, and devrels activities in events in the main event, events we are sponsoring, and side- events (10 hours) * Presentation at Banyan's "Founding Opportunities" event in San Francisco (4 hours) ## Bootcamps Program (5 hours) * External meetings. Meetings with potential partners boot camp, not confirmed all yet, but it should be around four (3 hours) * First Draft.
