Team reorganization and planning for executing on DevRel 12-month plan was this week’s main priority. Monday was spent travelling. ### Deliverables: - Re-examining community groups, including direct outreach to get an idea of progress - Revisited plans for office hours with more attention to simplicity and including community resources Approximate Hourly Breakdown: - 2H clerical/admin (tracking work done, updating notes) - 5H on DevHub internal meetings (DevRel team sync, weekly standup, check-in with other collaborators) - 1H on DevHub external meeting (potential onboardee) - 4H on developing/revising new Office Hours plan based on feedback and experience - 10H on reviewing existing developer community activity (GitHub, Telegram, etc) - 6H on external ecosystem research (what attracts developers?) - 6H on developing ideas for reference implementations ### Week of 8/14/23: 40H Priorities for the week were trying to get an understanding of who the builders in the community are and what they can benefit from. Working towards creating a full content plan that addresses community needs, especially growth and onboarding. ### Deliverables: - Finalized plans for new Office Hours format incl. other ecosystem office hours - Setting groundwork for new community calls - Set up new task-tracking board - Beginning write-up of content plan Approximate hourly breakdown: - 2H clerical/admin (tracking work done, updating notes) - 5H on DevHub internal meetings (DevRel team sync, weekly standup, check-in with other collaborators) - 3H on external meetings (Joining various community calls to learn what else is going on around the ecosystem) - 4H starting set-up for first BOS Community Call - 10H researching individuals/projects in communities (trying to assess best/most practical ways to activate) - 6H researching current BOS components and individuals creating them - 4H reading current BOS documentation to try and assess gaps - 1H set-up new kanban for DevRel team - 5H researching incentives for community engagement and contribution ### Requested Compensation: 74H x 40$/hr as previously established = 2960 USDT
