This can result in a gap between the growing demand for trained professionals and the availability of qualified talent to meet this demand. #### BOS Certified Developer **Blockchain Operating System (BOS) Certified Developer** is a 5-day virtual educational program that teaches developers inside and outside the NEAR ecosystem to develop highly decentralized interfaces with widgets and gateways deployed on the NEAR Protocol. Each developer who completes the BCD has the ability to develop and manage BOS components, as well as connect external block chains with BOS, this is achieved thanks to the curricular design and the pedagogical vision that each one of the instructors supports the participants. ##### Activities * Curricular and pedagogical development of the BOS Certified Developer certification with experts in education and technical experts * Instructional design for the teaching of BCD * Creation of a playbook to replicate the learning model in other regions of the world. * Promotional activities and engagement with those interested in the program * Delivery of the BCD certification * Evaluation of deliverables and give feedback to the participants * Office Hours sessions to ensure learning and 1:1 support with technical questions ##### Value proposal. *Content 100% in Spanish for Latino communities * Content created by technical staff with experience in NEAR and with the support of digital marketing specialists. * Monitoring of stakeholders in collective development study groups. ##### Target Audience Fullstack developers, Javascript developers, general devs, university students and IT professionals. ##### Deliverables * 50 participants in each BDC - 10 certified participants. * 24 office hour sessions. * BOS Certified Developer Playbook * BOS Certified Developer syllabus * Recordings of certification sessions #### Budget |Tasks|Hours required| | --- | --- | |Design of educational program for BOS Certified Developer|140| |Promotion and marketing of BCD bootcamp|120| |Execution and logistics of 2 BCD Bootcamps for Latin America Region|60| |Instructors for 2 BCD bootcamp|40| |Office Hours.
