Holiday weekend thought about Web3🤔 ----- Web3 projects will build a successful Web3 not already established companies. 🛠️ If you're old enough to remember the early days of YouTube. Nobody thought it was a legit use case for filmmakers, creators, or companies. 🎬🛠️🏢 It was for "cat videos"😻 Now it's an essential part of every marketing plan.📊 That's because YouTube creators started surpassing the established norms.📈 Because ultimately it's a better way of doing something. This is similar to web3.🌐 Digital ownership on the blockchain is a better way of doing things. (NFTs, data ownership, privacy, and so much more)🤯 Biz dev teams are working hard to usher web2 companies into the space. And some early adopters will hopefully do well. Each successful collab is a win for the space. 🎉 But the big shift will happen when 500,000 Web3 projects all have use cases, with sustainable business models, start sharing success stories, and make profits. I missed the YouTube wave because I was one of those who thought it was for "cat videos"😭 I won't miss Web3🫡
