### February 26 On February 26, 1791, I wrote a letter to James Madison discussing my opinions on the Bill of Rights. Despite it being such a serious topic, we managed to have a little bit of fun. After I finished writing the letter, I sealed it with a bit of wax and used an old copper penny as a seal. Little did I know that these coins would soon be replaced with paper currency as the U.S. economy began to grow! _"Without the constitutional check I fear that the richness and extent of country would be an invitation to tyranny" - Alexander Hamilton, February 26, 1791_
