Dear chat members and [AtNear](https://t.me/AtNear), on behalf of the Grassroots DAOs and the NEAR community, we would like to appeal to you to ensure that there is maximum transparency between us and our communities in order to build a proper working process. This transparency will help us set realistic goals to move to V1. Currently, we are working to build towards V1 being live. If this is not going to happen we want to understand why. If it is to happen we want to support the process quickly and with an eye on success. GDAOs have been actively working with their communities since the spring. We are excited about the NDC and are working every day for the benefit of our community. We currently are concerned that we are exposed with liabilities around V1 not going live. We need the entire leadership team to work with us to ensure that we can be the most successful Layer 1 in the world. To ensure maximum transparency in building the Open Web, we are asking for your feedback on the NDC and the final budget decision. Your input is critical as we officially launch our initiatives to help our community reach its full potential.
