However, if you're graylisted or blacklisted, there are simple ways to RE-VERIFY and get whitelisted to vote! How to Reverify if you're Blacklisted? Schedule an appeal with EIC: bit.ly/NDCAppeal 🕵️Remember if you witness anything suspicious, you can submit an anonymous report at neardc.org/whistleblow If you've completed KYC, please wait 3-4 days for your info to be added to the IAH registry and your status to be updated. If you've made an appeal to EIC, please wait 5 days; EIC will contact you on Telegram. After 5 days, re-fill the form or ask at neardc.org/telegram. If you're unable to complete Fractal KYC, there could be a few reasons, including: 1⃣ The person used two different emails to create different Fractal accounts. To fix this just use the same email as when getting IAH FB SBT. 2⃣ Didn’t provide documents that were valid. Log back in to Fractal and upload the requested documents. 3⃣ Limited by OFAC restrictions. We are using the same requirements as NF in this first election. Once elected, the HoM will make a separate agreement with Fractal, and should debate the pros and cons of restricting based on OFAC, as well as all other risk mitigation strategies you want the provider to use. What else to do if unable to complete KYC? 1⃣Users can contact support@fractal.id and/or kyc@near.foundation directly to request a review of their case and see if anything could be done to approve it. 2⃣Or they can appeal to the EIC to be approved without KYC.
