### April 13 Ahhhhh April 13th, the day where we all can look back and laugh at the stupid things that have been invented. Let us start with the Snuggie - a foolish invention that fails to provide warmth while simultaneously making its wearer look like they're in a straight jacket. Then there's the scoodie, an even more preposterous variation of the Snuggie. And of course, who could forget the banjo-shaped pizzas that had to be mandatorily delivered in a triangle-shaped box? What were these people thinking? Let's not forget the infomercials for the Shake Weight, a product that promised to "increase muscle development." As if that wasn't enough, it was only available in two colors: blue and pink. *Barf.* What about the abominable pieces of technology that were built on this day? CD-ROMs were thought of as the next big thing before streaming services took over. How about those electronic remote controls that had the number pad integrated into them- the size and design of them was just ridiculous. April 13th, you truly are a day of lunacy. *Shakes head*.
