Open Statement from the NDC Trust Following the election of the HoM and CoA, the Trustees believe it is not their responsibility to make decisions regarding the October budget requests from GWG/MDAO/CDAO without prior approval from both the HoM and CoA. Due to the current lack of governance guidelines during this transitional period leading up to NDC V1, and in light of the requests from GWG/MDAO/CDAO, we have collectively decided, for the benefit of the community, to adopt the following procedure: 1. GWG/MDAO/CDAO will submit their detailed budget requests on the "near gov" forum for transparency. 2. The HoM will then evaluate and provide feedback on these requests within a 72-hour window. 3. Once the CoA gives its approval, the Trustees will carry out the transaction, provided that the expenses align with the Trust's objectives. Trustees & Enforcer
