Many good ideas were generated, more than NDC can handle in the following 6 months. These ideas are still need to be refined, complemented with KPIs, which should be agreed with HoM and presented to the public. 3️⃣ **Reviewing [NDC V1 Open Letter](https://medium.com/near-digital-collective/ndc-v1-open-letter-6660958172d3) and [Council of Advisors Overview](http://neardc.org/coa)** 4️⃣ **Aligning HoM's KPIs with CoA Priorities** — CoA agreed that evaluation of HoM should happen based on metrics and corresponding KPIs, which should be connected with the priorities.
