# Horizon Newsletter: 'All things Product' Issue!  Over the past few weeks, the Near Horizon team has been working on optimizing the Near Horizon website to ensure a frictionless experience. Users can now create profile that can be showcased to backers, connect with other start-ups in the ecosystem, or find a freelancer or service providers ALL IN ONE PLACE! In this newsletter, we will be showcasing the new features and functionalities and how to use them. ## Easily Find Projects We have made it easier for users to find projects in the ecosystem. With nearly 300 projects and contributors on the platform, users can find other projects or contributors through using our global search feature. Enter the project or contributor name to view all results that match.  ## New Perks We have added 15 new perks on Near Horizon. Perks are promotions to commonly used applications and tools. By making these applications easily accessible at a discounted or no cost rate, Founders can circumvent barriers to accessing these platforms. To access perks, simply log-in to Near Horizon and navigate to the Perks page. You can filter the perks based on category and then review each perk to view the benefit and instructions on how to claim.  **Latest Perks:** * Notion for Startups * Divvy: Revolutionizing how finances and expenses are managed, Divvy provides an intuitive platform to handle business expenses with ease. * CustomGPT: Accurate ChatGPT responses from your content without making up facts. All within a secure, privacy-first, business-grade platform. * Alchemy: A leading developer platform for blockchain, providing infrastructure and tools to simplify the complexities of building on decentralized networks. * Canopy: Canopy is *a cloud-based accounting practice management software* with CRM, document management, a client portal app, workflow, payments, time and billing. ## Optimized Workflows We are making it easier than before to create a profile. We listened to feedback from our users and made the sign up process as simple as a few clicks.  ## Backer Digest We know how important it is for Founders to be easily discovered and connected to Backers. Near Horizon is leveraging its extensive partnerships and network with renowned Backers in the web3 space, to showcase promising projects to them to assist projects that are fundraising in getting connected to the right Backer. The Backers Digest is a new page that will be accessible to Startups by EOY where they can add in their demos, product information, and fundraising status.
