What kind of elections? **@ndctrust.near (NEAR Digital Collective)** is a new decentralized Community Treasure governance system where the community will decide where the funding goes. To achieve this goal, the #NDC holds leadership elections. **There are three nominations, one of them we will consider today:** 🔹House of Merit 🔹Council of Advisors 🔹Transparency Commission The House of Merit is a governing body made up of a group of experienced community members appointed by ecosystem members to represent them in voting and key decision making. Its role is to approve funding proposals from either the community treasury or the NEAR Foundation Treasury. He does this by a simple majority of the democratically elected members of the HoM. ❗️To qualify for consideration in the House of Merit, a candidate must have one year or more of experience and active participation in the NEAR ecosystem.
