The company was co-founded by Nick Havryliak and Dejan Radic. 🔸️Nick Co-founder of Assisterr is an Origin of Ukraine and has previously worked as a Project Product Manager, mainly focused on AI, Stack. In 2017 Nick switched fully to web3 as a Project Product Manager as well as building Projects in different ecosystems and then he ended up working as Head of Ecosystem Growth at Deip Protocol. 🔸️Dejan Co-founder of Assisterr is a guy who likes programming and joined the crypto space in 2017 as well. He started with Web development 15 years ago and also got a Bachelor's Degree in Cloud Infrastructure and a master's degree in Distributed systems. He previously worked for multinational companies like Coca-Cola and Henkell. After this, he began his journey in Web3 via the development of Protocols and Smart contracts. 🌐WHAT IS ASSISTER❓ Big tech companies in the AI industry often scrape internet data, utilizing information that belongs to the public, including individual users. 🔹️They train their models on this data and may then charge users, for example, $20 to access these models. While this can be seen as fair from an entrepreneurial standpoint, Assisterr offers a different approach. 🔸️Assisterr allows users to claim a percentage of their data used in these models and earn rewards, promoting a more equitable distribution of benefits derived from their data. 💡ASSISTERR's VISION 🔹️In the next 2-3 years, they envision well-matured personal AI assistants or AI agents that will respond to users' specific information needs. 🔸️These AI agents don't need to be extremely intelligent to handle every possible task but should be smart enough to search the open web and find the necessary solutions. They will have three options; ▪️Use Google search. ▪️Rely on big tech companies' language models, which are expensive to train and update every year. ▪️Leverage Assisterr which will offer thousands of different small language models from NEAR, SOL, ETH L2s, or other protocols and ecosystems. 🔹️Assisterr aims to provide a decentralized and efficient alternative for AI model usage. ⛓️ COLLABS & TESTNET Assisterr is part of the $NEAR Horizon Program and they built the initial Proof Of Concept of what they're building basically on $NEAR & Polygon. 🔹️They are also collaborating with Solana, Monad and looking forward to other Ecosystems. 🔸️In terms of Testnet, it will kick-start in Fortnite, where they gonna be rewarding participants for using their live integration across different chains. 🔹️They will also be providing support for developers on each of these chains. 👣 FUTURE PLANS Nick emphasized that they're building AI first company that is empowered by crypto but not Web3 first company empowered by AI. He added that they going to use the Web3 Incentive mechanism to incentivize the initial group of the community to come and launch their specific use cases. 🔹️Nick further explained that their team, given their skills, background, and available resources, is capable of running 1-3 hypotheses per year. 🔸️ This approach allows them to explore various innovative concepts and validate them in real-world scenarios. 🔹️By doing so, Assisterr aims to continually refine and enhance its offerings, ensuring they remain at the forefront of AI and blockchain integration. 🔸️This methodical and resource-driven strategy underscores their commitment to delivering impactful and practical AI solutions, while also fostering a collaborative and dynamic community around their platform. 💰TOKEN LAUNCH Assisterr announced plans to launch a token that will serve as a reward to users for interacting with their dApps. 🔹️Despite the strong regulations from the SEC on crypto, co-founders Nick Havryliak and Dejan Radic are committed to launching their tokens, confident that their activities comply with existing crypto regulations. Nick added that Assisterr is registered as a UK-based company. 🔸️Currently, they are raising funds for a pre-seed round specifically for the UK entity. Following this, they will pursue an angel round, and subsequently, additional rounds for other entities to mitigate uncertainties and risks related to the token launch.
