Summary of NDC Election Experience: I recently participated in the first NDC election within the NEAR ecosystem, which concluded approximately a week ago. This election aimed to ensure fair and collaborative decision-making regarding government models within the ecosystem. My journey to casting my vote wasn't without its challenges. Initially, I found myself among the unverified or blacklisted voters. However, with guidance and a swift appeal process, I received a response within hours. Subsequently, I had an open and transparent interview with one of the NDC support members on Telegram, and fortunately, I became a verified voter in a short timeframe. This experience left me both impressed and delighted that I could finally exercise my right to vote. Despite the hurdles I faced, I believe it was all worthwhile because the outcomes of this election will contribute to a more impartial and equitable governing body.
