I've just submitted a project to Abstraction Hacks! #build #project #abstraction #hack [EMBED](salikc9.near/buildbox/project/basketball-pickem-app) # Basketball Pick'em App During this hackathon, we seized the opportunity to introduce our new team members to building on NEAR, highlighting key features and benefits, and delving into the rich resources within the ecosystem. Throughout the hackathon duration, our primary tools were Keypom and Mintbase. While this event and release primarily served as a testing ground for internal ideas, research, and potential implementations applicable to different products in the future, we found it valuable to engage in discussions, comparisons, and contrasts using the resources available at http://abstracting.org/resources. TENAMINT is currently exploring gaming, specifically focusing on fantasy sports and pick'em style sports games. The foundational research and insights gained during this hackathon will guide us in the continued development of our product in the future. The intended features of this release were seamless onboarding, marketplace usability, off-boarding to wallet, and tie into gamification of pick'em game elements. This final aspect was not successfully implemented in this iteration. ### Teammates shunsukekano.near (Supported by yaoza.near

Keypom stood out for its impressive versatility, presenting numerous potential use cases. As we brainstorm new applications, we're eager to explore how Keypom's trial accounts can creatively address challenges and enhance functionalities. While FastAuth didn't serve its intended purpose during the hackathon, I acquired valuable insights into its functionality. I'm enthusiastic about leveraging this knowledge now that the initial issues have been addressed. In my experimentation with Mintbase's wallet, I uncovered its innovative approach on the NEAR blockchain. By leveraging NEAR's built-in account abstraction system, Mintbase's wallet eliminated the need for seed phrases and pre-loaded currency, simplifying the user experience. The storage of a full access key in the user's passkey system enabled noncustodial biometric signing, mirroring interactions with Web2 apps. This intuitive approach holds great potential to enhance overall usability and accessibility for blockchain applications. ### Referral BuildDAO
