One month from this arrival from Sao Paulo to San Francisco. Sampã to Sanfran. And how many beautiful and unexpected encounters, how many joys, how many special people who entered my journey and that do not even fit in these photos, because some photos I did not have the timing to do and others I stole from friends posts :P. But it's not about photos, it's about encounters. And it is not possible to mention names, because there were many.... So here are some remnants of images that jumped out of my phone. It was 3 very beautiful and unexpected weeks already here in the taste of "saudade". EMPIRE [IMPÉRIO], was projected at The Castro Theatre (a historic movie palace in the Castro District of San Francisco, California, a cinema of such powerful causes, which struggles to remain as it is), in a session called THE ACE OF WANDS, full of delicious short films that discuss what we want for our futures, our bodies, our desires. (The Ace of Wands Tarot card represents passion, excitement, and new energy. These shorts honor queer bodies and blossoming sexuality while complicating and interrogating body politics.
