# 🚀 [near-jsonrpc-client-rs](https://github.com/near/near-jsonrpc-client-rs) has a new release [0.9.0](https://github.com/near/near-jsonrpc-client-rs/releases/tag/v0.9.0) It is a breaking change since nearcore dependencies were upgraded to version 0.21.x which reflects the latest NEAR RPC interfaces and introduces a highly flexible interface to submit transactions.
