These transactions failed mostly due to front-end/data-provider issues when processing bond calculations and during users attempt to vote repeatedly, adding new votes later. **Please note that you need to submit all your votes for one house at once. You won't be able to add votes later, even though that might seem more convenient.** I really hope that this limitation will be eliminated in the upcoming elections, making the entire process fairer and more dynamic.
