I encourage everyone to take a look and share the link with those who might be interested in advancing their research and web 3 skills. ##### Progress in Researcher Recruitment While the main focus has been on the Near Certified Researcher Course page, let's not forget our continuous efforts in researcher recruitment for the [DAO](https://research-collective.near.social/). Our quest to onboard a significant number of researchers continues, and your support and networking in this regard are invaluable. During the NRC election (Sept 1 - 22), the IAH FV, as well as other SBT's, process is paused, so individual's who do noy yet have an SBT may have to wait until the election is over to join the DAO.
