I'm Carol Bampa, a Creative Project Manager with over 10 years of experience and passionate about social innovation projects. I worked for years in the Secretariat of Culture of the State of São Paulo, producing the São Paulo Cultural Map Festival, the Caraguatatuba National Theater Festival, and the National Folklore Congress. I also collaborated with the Gender and Ethnicity Program and the Pontos de Cultura Program. Driven by my passion for innovation, I was a finalist in the 1st edition of the Festival of Ideas promoted by Ruth Cardoso Cultural Center, with the waste logistics project CATA-LOGO. As an activist and volunteer, I participated in the foundation of the Fazenda Cachoeira Park Movement, which promoted social and cultural activities related to environmental preservation and the historical heritage of the city of Vinhedo. I also created the Respeita Project - Space for the Empowerment of Immigrant Women and the Artivist Call, an initiative to raise funds for feminist social causes. In my entrepreneurial path, I am proud to be the creator and manager of Paisagem, a graphic arts event that has been held since 2016, with editions held through government funding in Brazil and that currently takes place in Guimarães - Portugal, with the support of the municipality. I am a WEB 3.0 enthusiast and motivated by its potential, I founded Artivist DAO, which aims to launch a decentralized app that connects artists, activists, and independent social institutions in a collaborative network based on the creative economy. As a true generalist professional, I am self-taught in many skills. On this journey, I have learned a lot about idea design, graphic design, service design, and experience design. Lately, I dedicate my studies to web programming and UX Design, to deepen my studies of more accessible and equitable digital interfaces. For a new network, please contact: acarolbampa@gmail.com
