Anastasiia is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, specializing in intellectual property management. With over 7 years of experience in creative management and a robust background in economics, she has led over 30 successful projects. Together with Olga and Alex, she founded V-Art, a startup, developed blockchain-based technology to automate IP licensing for brands, creators and AI tools. Anastasiia's expertise extends beyond V-Art as a partner and co-owner at ILTI, where she contributed to the advancement of legal and educational services in IT and creative industries. Projects under her leadership like the Digital Art Observatory, the European Digital Art Fair, Creative Law Studios and others received support and funding from EU, the UK and Ukrainian public and private institutions. Holding three degrees in international law and international business, her involvement extends beyond business to significant scientific research collaborations and participation in expert panel discussions. Her academic contributions as a guest lecturer at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, NYU Tisch, and Ukrainian Catholic University, along with authoring 7 publications on intellectual property law and NFTs, reflect her deep involvement in the intersection of law, technology, and art. Anastasiia actively contributes to promoting Ukrainian tech globally at major events like Web Summit, VivaTech, and others. Projects like Decorative Ukraine and Ukrainian VR Pavilion at Art Basel, as well as 11 digital exhibitions in partnership with Ukrainian museums, are showcasing Ukrainian creativity on the world stage.
