The mission of the Governance Working Group (GWG) is to propose transparent, inclusive, and accountable governance frameworks based on input and feedback from the Community. It is not the NDC but a mere steward of community contributors to guide the ecosystem to decentralization through governance in order to form the NDC. ##### Deliverables * Near Constitution * Community Treasury * Voting and Election Mechanisms. * Governance Frameworks & Tools * NDC Communications ##### Work Groups To better facilitate the workstreams and to allow the Community to join and align with their interests, the GWG is organized into "Workgroups" and Sub Workgroups. This allows each workgroup to focus on a specific area of expertise and shared interest to deliver part of governance. All workgroups also cross over to ensure the delivery of a cohesive governance model and framework. *The GWG does not have the ability to act as or substitute Community Voice or make financial decisions on behalf of the community. We will, from time to time, make recommendations for how governance models and frameworks should operate.
