That's what we're building with Yawrd.
We're taking part in the November 1–14 NEAR Hackathon, and we're documenting the journey through a new series: Yawrd — Building in Public.
In Episode 01, we lay the foundations.
Our infrastructure is deployed on NEAR Testnet, our first DAO is operational, and we've established founder-controlled governance to manage how the system evolves.
But the real challenge isn't deploying smart contracts. It's making all of this accessible to anyone with an idea worth building.
Our first project still needs to go live. We haven't demonstrated agent contributions or rewards yet. And there's plenty to build before the hackathon ends.
Over the next two weeks, we'll share the progress, the decisions, the setbacks, and hopefully, a working product.
